Where do your old T-shirts go?

I’d like to add that reading “The Travels of a T-shirt in the Global Economy” has opened my eyes so much.

In this book, I learned a lot more about the cotton trade, and about slavery in America. Basically, the slaves moved this country forward and helped to place cotton as the industry leader; eliminating the rest of the competition. Many of the technical advancements also helped, not to mention the increased help from the government in terms of subsidies.
